Wild West Bingo Family Night

WANTED – cowgirls and cowboys looking to play some BINGO! Join us in the cafeteria on Friday, October 13^th from 6:30 – 7:30pm for Bingo games during your visit to the Wild West Book Fair. There will be prizes for the winners, a bake sale, and Spirit Wear for sale. Bingo cards can be purchased at the event, so please remember to bring cash or a check payable to the
Hollymead PTO.

Scholastic Book Fair

The Wild West Book Fair is coming to Hollymead next week!

Shopping Dates: Monday, October 9 – Thursday, October 12
Shopping Hours: 8:15AM – 2:45PM
Shopping Location: Hollymead Auditorium

Be on the lookout for your student’s wish list coming home next Monday or Tuesday. To learn more about the fair or to purchase books, visit www.scholastic.com/bf/hollymead.

ALSO, Please consider volunteering for a short shift during the week of the Book Fair:

We hope you can come join the school community at the Night at the Book Fair on Friday, October 13 from 5:00-8:00pm, alongside Bingo Night from 6:30-7:30pm.

Collect your Box Tops!

Have you been collecting Box Tops that can be sent in to support Hollymead Elementary School? If so, now is the time to send them in. Please remember there is a collection tub on the table inside the front door next to the office. We will be collecting Box Tops until October 23^rd!

PTO President’s Staff Member Spotlight

Meet Hollymead staff member – Sandra Mitchell

Sandra is one of the three wonderful ladies that work in the front office and has been at Hollymead for 15 1/2 years. Her primary responsibilities are maintaining student records and handling the finances of both the school and the Hollymead County budget. Sandra has two sons, Dylan and Evan, and enjoys taking pictures of places they visit, scrapbooking, and card making. The PTO greatly appreciates all that Sandra does to help us!
