December 2nd, 2018

Save the date! Next Thursday, December 13th from 12-8pm

Is your to-do list a mile long during the busy holiday season? Consider dining in or taking out from Al Carbon or Chew Chew Town and take dinner off your list on Thursday, December 13th. In fact, it’s all day! You can grab lunch with a colleague, day date with your spouse, or be the hit of the cafeteria and bring take out, too. All this while supporting PTO programs at Hollymead. Please show the flier and/or mention our school when you place your order. Thank you for your support!

Come join us for our Winter 2019 session of French Club! We will continue building a French city, including a house (rooms, furniture, people), a stadium (Les Bleus – 2018 World Cup winners!), stores (clothing, etc), and more! Learning French through games and fun!

Session registration is $150 for 10 club meetings, to be held on Mondays from 2:40-3:40pm. French club will begin on January 14th and run through April 8th. To register and pay for French Club, please turn in the registration form (to be sent home in Thursday folders this week), as well as a check for $150 (made to HES PTO) or cash in a sealed envelope.

Questions? Please contact Michelle Katstra at

The cold winter season is upon us, and students are coming to school with extra layers of fleeces, coats, gloves, and hats. On your next visit to Hollymead, please remember to stop by the Lost & Found (outside of the cafeteria) to look for any lost items. Any remaining items in the Lost & Found at the start of Winter Holiday (12/19) will be packed up and donated to the local Goodwill.
