MESSAGE FROM YOUR PTO

Welcome to the new school year and the beginning of FALL! We are all getting settled in and our board members and volunteers have been hard at work. We are looking forward to a wonderful year filled with great events! Our first event will be the Book Fair & Bingo Night on October 11th at 6:30. We hope to see you there!

ANNOUNCEMENTS

HOLLYMEAD SPIRIT WEAR – AVAILABLE LIMITED TIME

The online store is only open for two weeks, so do not delay. All orders must be submitted by Monday, October 7th. Show off your school pride and help support the PTO with your spirit wear purchase.

HOLLYMEAD BOOKFAIR

The Book Fair is coming soon!! We are so excited to have scholastic bringing books that the kids want to read right into our school. It’s a wonderful selection of engaging and affordable books for every reading level. You can come visit the Book Fair anytime it is open and purchase books.

Hours of Operation (October 7th – 11th)

Monday and Tuesday, 8 am – 2 pm
Wednesday and Thursday, 8 am – 3 pm
Friday, 5 – 8 pm with Bingo from 6-7:30 pm. Come early to avoid the lines!

From October 7th – 12th you can shop the bookfair online.

REMINDERS

  • There are changes to the Box Tops program for 2019-2020. Please refer to the Box Tops website find more information.
  • When ordering from Papa John’s Pizza online use the promo code HOLLYMEAD and our school will receive 10% of the proceeds.
  • If you have not done it yes this year, please fill out the PTO Volunteer form.
