AND WE ARE BACK

Welcome to the other side of week one, and what a week it was. Technology was not perfect, but our teachers have been amazing, and our children so resilient. They all live up to this school years guiding principle, be flexible.

It is so nice getting to see so many old friends and meeting new ones. Our kids are getting to explore art and music, pretending to be Spiderman in gym class, listen to stories, refreshing those math muscles, and with a view into their homes they are getting to share who they are with their teachers and friends in a whole new way. Weaved through out the Seesaw assignments these little ones are showing off their big personalities in uniquely creative ways.

Looking back another week. Thank you to all of our wonderful Hollymead families that contributed to our Back to School bags. Thanks to your generosity snacks and gift cards were distributed to the whole staff. Meanwhile, the teachers were busy packing up and distributing bags of goodies for all of our kids. Driving through the pick up line, it was so nice seeing so many of the teachers again. And continuing to build on the excitement for first week of classes the spectacular Hollymead teachers and staff decorated their vehicles and drove by in a parade of green and yellow. Thank you to everyone that helped make it such a fun way to start the new school year.
