Fall 2026 Club Registration Opening 8/27
We’re excited to offer another great lineup of PTO-sponsored after-school clubs this fall! Clubs will begin the week of September 14 and provide students with fun, enriching opportunities while supporting our PTO’s work in the school community.
Keep an eye out for a flyer coming home in your child’s backpack soon with club offerings, additional information, and registration details.
All Clubs are from 2:30-3:45 PM and last for 5 weeks. Please sign up your child via the link to secure a spot! Enrollment is a two-step process–you must register and arrange payment for your student to attend the club. Registration is first-come, first-served, so register early!
Payment information will be available in the registration form. Scholarships are available and confidential. There is a link to the scholarship request form on the registration form. Please only request one scholarship per club session per student. For scholarship questions contact hollymeadptotreasurer@gmail.com. Club Dates:
- Clubs begin the week of September 14
- Clubs will end the week of October 14–16 or October 19–20 for Monday and Tuesday clubs, due to No School on October 12 and 13

Spring Club Registration Opening 3/26
We have a great lineup of returning favorites and brand new after-school clubs planned for the Spring Session! These PTO-sponsored offerings provide enrichment opportunities for students and help support our work in the school community.
Clubs will start the week of April 20-24 and run through the week of May 18-22. All Tuesday Clubs will start a week early on 4/14 since there is no school or After School Clubs on 4/21. A flyer with specific offerings and additional information, plus how to sign up will be coming home in backpacks soon!

Bingo & Beyond Game Night 2/27
Hollymead PTO invites you to Bingo & Beyond Game Night! We’ll kick things off with classic bingo, then turn up the fun with interactive, family-friendly games, and prizes! See the schedule of events below:

- We need your help to make the event a success! Sign up for a volunteer slot here. Note that the slots are set up in shifts. You don’t have to volunteer for the entire event and can still join in on the fun!

Winter Club Update – new offering and deadline extended!
We are excited to announce that due to popular demand, Mrs. Rapp is offering another Art Club with Mrs. Rapp on Friday afternoons! Sign up here.
Please note when you go to pay for the club, there will be an Art Club-Friday option listed. Scholarships are still available as well.
Due to the late addition, the Club Sign Up window has been extended to Tuesday, 1/20 at 12:00 pm (noon), so there is still more time to sign up for After School Clubs if you haven’t already!
Winter Club Registration Opening 1/15
We have a great lineup of after-school clubs planned for the Winter Session! Club favorites returning include Chess club, Tinker Time, Lego Club, and more! These PTO-sponsored offerings provide enrichment opportunities for students and help support our work in the school community.
Clubs will start the week of January 26-30 and run through the week of February 23-26 or March 2 for Monday clubs since there is no school/clubs on Monday, February 16th. A flyer with specific offerings and additional information, plus how to sign up will be coming home in backpacks soon! Please note a correction that club sign ups end on Monday, January 19th at 10:00 PM.
